Credit Card Policy

Credit cards are required to be on file to book an appointment at E&E. This card will only be charged in the event of a no show, same day cancellation, less than 48 hr notice cancellation, or a late arrival that cannot be accommodated.

Guest + Children Policy

We love your minis for their own appointments and we understand wanting your bestie with you, but we ask that you do not bring them to your appointment for their safety and crowding purposes. Please schedule your appointment for when you are able to come alone, we will be more than happy to schedule your appointment within policy.

Cancellation Policy

All clients must give at least a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment in order to avoid a fee.

- 50% of the service cost will be charged if the client notifies less than 48 hours of appointment.

- 100% of the service cost will be charged if the client notifies the day of the appointment.

No Show Policy

If client no-shows an appointment, 100% of the service cost will be charged and client will not be able to reschedule with any E&E artist until balance is paid.

Sick Policy

In an effort to maintain a healthy environment for all artists, clients and families, please contact us to reschedule if you are knowingly sick (cold, fever, flu etc) or have any early onset symptoms of illness.

Arriving at an appointment sick, or with symptoms of an apparent illness you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and charged for service.

Please work directly with your Artist or the Salon in the case of any illness.

Product

Product purchases made at E&E are NON-refundable, NON-returnable. This includes but is not limited to; styling/retail products, hot tools, accessories, all hair extensions.

Late Arrival Appointments

Due to our Artists being fully booked, when a client is more than 15 minutes late, 50% of their service cost will be charged and will be asked to reschedule.
